Pakistan has closed its airspace to all air traffic with immediate effect, following confirmed Indian missile strikes on three of its airbases—Noor Khan, Mureed, and Shorkot.

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) issued the emergency notification early Thursday, confirming that the airspace will remain shut until noon, pending further updates.

The move follows a major escalation in regional tensions, after India launched air-to-surface missile attacks targeting key Pakistani military installations. Despite the aggression, the Pakistan Army assured the public that all defense assets remain secure and fully operational.

The situation is still developing, and further updates from the PAA are expected closer to the reopening window.
