The United Kingdom has cancelled the visa of Rajab Butt and sent him back to Pakistan after undisclosed legal cases “hidden from authorities” came to light. The visa cancellation follows what UK officials described as serious omissions in his application — namely undisclosed criminal or legal history.

Upon discovery, immigration authorities revoked his visa and arranged his deportation under applicable regulations. Butt was handed over to Pakistani authorities on arrival, marking a swift end to his stay abroad.
