The proposed US-Iran Final Agreement has gained international attention after multiple regional media reports claimed Washington and Tehran are close to finalizing a major diplomatic framework that may include a complete ceasefire, gradual sanctions rollback, and maritime security guarantees in the Strait of Hormuz.
According to reports citing Arab diplomatic sources, the draft agreement reportedly includes an immediate and unconditional ceasefire across land, sea, and air operations between the United States and Iran. Both sides are also expected to commit to avoiding attacks on military, civilian, and economic infrastructure as part of the proposed framework.
The developing US-Iran Final Agreement is said to focus heavily on restoring regional stability following months of escalating tensions, military confrontations, and disruptions in global energy markets. One of the most critical elements reportedly involves guarantees for safe navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, a key global oil transit route that became a major flashpoint during the recent conflict.
Reports suggest the agreement may also introduce a joint monitoring mechanism designed to oversee implementation of the ceasefire and resolve disputes between both sides. Negotiations on unresolved issues are expected to continue within days after the agreement officially takes effect.

Another major component of the proposed framework reportedly involves the gradual lifting of US sanctions imposed on Iran. In exchange, Tehran would commit to specific diplomatic and security conditions linked to regional stability and future negotiations surrounding its nuclear activities.
Diplomatic sources claim Pakistan has played a central mediation role in facilitating communication between Tehran and Washington during the recent negotiations. Pakistani officials, including Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, have held multiple meetings with senior Iranian leadership in Tehran as discussions intensified over the past several days.
Despite growing optimism surrounding the US-Iran Final Agreement, officials from both countries have not yet publicly confirmed a finalized deal. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio recently stated that progress had been made during negotiations but acknowledged that several important issues still remain unresolved.
International analysts believe a successful agreement could significantly reduce tensions across the Middle East, stabilize oil markets, and reopen broader diplomatic engagement between the United States and Iran. However, experts also warn that disagreements regarding sanctions, nuclear restrictions, regional military presence, and Iran’s control over strategic waterways may still complicate final approval of the deal.
