Xiaomi’s anticipated release, the Poco F6, is poised to be the global variant of the Redmi Note 13 Turbo, slated for an imminent launch in China. Recent leaks from China unveil the reasons behind the “Turbo” moniker for the Note 13.

Reportedly, the Note 13 Turbo will boast a rapid charging capability of up to 90W, potentially justifying its Turbo branding. This marks a significant advancement compared to its predecessor and aligns with the fast-charging trend seen in Poco and Redmi Note devices.

The Poco F6/Note 13 Turbo is anticipated to feature a 1220p display, sourced from two different suppliers. Its primary camera, packing a 50MP punch, will utilize a Sony IMX882 sensor, while the selfie camera is expected to house a 20MP lens.

Sporting a robust 5,000 mAh battery, the 90W charging rate isn’t entirely unprecedented for a mid-tier Xiaomi handset. While such speeds have been seen in select models like the Note Pro+ series and the Poco F4 GT, they remain relatively uncommon.

A recent teaser by Redmi’s General Manager, Thomas Wang, offers a glimpse of the phone’s front, revealing slim symmetrical bezels, a flat screen, and an under-display fingerprint sensor—indicating the likelihood of an OLED display. Additionally, a centrally positioned punch-hole cutout suggests the presence of a selfie camera.

While Xiaomi has yet to officially confirm these features or announce a launch date, the abundance of leaks suggests an official unveiling could be imminent.
