The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has assured consumers that gas supply will remain uninterrupted during Sehri and Iftari times throughout Ramadan. In a recent statement, SSGC announced that there will be no load shedding during Sehr-o-Iftar throughout the Holy month of Ramadan. According to the schedule, gas consumers will experience a suspension of service from 9 am to 3 pm and from 10 pm to 3 am during Ramadan. However, the company has pledged to ensure a continuous supply of gas during Sehr-o-Iftar times.

It’s worth noting that the Central Ruet-e-Hilal committee is scheduled to convene in Peshawar on March 11 to sight the Ramadan moon. The session, led by Chairman Abdul Khabir Azad, will gather zonal committees in their respective areas to collect and evaluate reports regarding the moon sighting. This suggests that Ramadan is likely to commence on March 12 in Pakistan. Earlier, weather analyst Jawad Memon also forecasted the start of Ramadan in the country on March 12.
