During the occasion, distinguished speakers such as MNA Hanif Abbasi, MNA Anjum Aqeel, CEO of Centarus Sardar Yasir, CEO of Imarat Builders Shafiq Akbar, and other corporate leaders emphasized the necessity for collaborative efforts to harness the potential of the real estate industry, which serves as a key economic driver for Pakistan. They expressed their commitment to providing full cooperation and urged the government to facilitate one-window operations for the real estate industry and incorporate it into the ambit of the Specialized Investment Facilitation Cell (SIFC).

The event also marked the laying of foundation stones for the Masjid in D block and corporate secretariat buildings in TopCity-1, conducted by CEO Kunwar Moeez Khan alongside distinguished guests of honor.
