Gold prices experienced a notable decrease in the domestic market of Pakistan on Wednesday, mirroring the downward trend in international rates.
According to data provided by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola declined by Rs1,800, reaching Rs228,300. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 Karat gold saw a reduction of Rs1,544, closing at Rs195,730 in the local market.

In the international market, the price of gold also witnessed a decline, dropping by $18 to settle at $2,179 per ounce.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged in Pakistan, with the per tola price remaining at Rs2,600 and the 10-gram price at Rs2,229.
