The federal government has allocated Rs. 22.21 billion for the Overseas Scholarship Program for MS/M.Phil leading to Ph.D. under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) 2025-26, according to official budget documents.
Managed by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), this program aims to send talented students to top international universities for advanced studies in critical fields.
