Huawei has officially launched its latest flagship, the Pura 80 Ultra, bringing cutting-edge camera innovation and high-end design to the forefront. As the newest addition to the Pura series, the device focuses heavily on photography and visual performance.
Design & Display:
The Pura 80 Ultra sports a stunning 6.8-inch LTPO OLED display with FHD+ resolution and a dynamic refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz. It features second-generation Kunlun glass and reaches a peak local brightness of 3,000 nits. The handset is IP68/69 certified for water and dust resistance and is available in sleek Black and Gold color options.
Performance & Software:
Powered by the Kirin 9020 chipset (7nm), the device features an octa-core CPU and Maleoon 920 GPU. It comes with 16GB of RAM and storage options of 512GB or 1TB, running on Huawei’s HarmonyOS 5.1 for a seamless user experience.

Photography is a key highlight, featuring a unique 50MP periscope telephoto sensor with a moving lens mechanism allowing switchable optical zoom (3.7x and 9.4x). A 50MP main sensor with a 1-inch RYYB type and variable aperture (f/1.6–f/4.0) offers a record-breaking 16EV dynamic range. Other lenses include a 40MP ultrawide and a 1.5MP multispectral color sensor. Real-time video fusion and photographic presets are also supported.
