The Punjab Health Department has extended outpatient department (OPD) hours in all government teaching hospitals, aiming to provide patients with more time and convenience for medical consultations.

According to an official notification, OPDs will now operate from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays—an hour longer than the previous schedule. On Fridays, the OPDs will function from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
