Eid-ul-Fitr holds a special significance for Muslims in Pakistan and around the world, eagerly awaited throughout the year for its joyous celebrations. This year, residents of the United Arab Emirates are in for a treat with up to nine days of holidays.
The government of the Middle Eastern state has announced Eid-ul-Fitr holidays from April 8th to April 12th. With the five-day Eid holidays starting after the weekend and concluding before the second weekend, individuals in the UAE can relish a total of nine holidays from April 6th to April 14th.

Similar to other Gulf nations, Pakistan also grants time off from work for Eid celebrations. This year, the first day of Eid is expected to fall on April 10th or 11th. The Eid holidays will span from April 10th to April 12th, followed by the weekend, providing people with an officially sanctioned five-day extended Eid holiday.
