Honda America recently announced the upcoming release of the 2025 Civic facelift, unveiling the first images of the new Honda Civic Hybrid, set to be integrated into the lineup next year. The 2021 model, now three years old, is due for some subtle modifications.

While Honda has kept details about the Civic Hybrid under wraps, the recently revealed images provide an initial glimpse into the confirmed model. Both sedan and hatchback versions of the Civic Hybrid will be introduced in North America, and it is anticipated that this hybrid variant will constitute approximately 40% of Civic sales.

The front design bears a resemblance to the Civic RS Prototype showcased at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2024, featuring a thicker grille that diminishes the pronounced ‘forehead’ observed in the FE model. The ‘mouth’ is more prominent and wider, and the side fog lamp housings have been replaced by a vertical vent at the bumper edge, lending it a Type R-like appearance. A closer look at the rear exposes revised LED signatures.

While interior images have not been shared by Honda US, it is expected that the changes will be minimal, maintaining the overall design of the existing model. As anticipation builds for the 2025 Civic facelift, these glimpses hint at a refreshed and stylish addition to Honda’s hybrid lineup.
