The UAE is gearing up for its largest and most influential career fair for Emirati nationals, as Ru’ya 2025 is set to take place from 23 to 25 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Known as a cornerstone of Emiratisation, the event will connect thousands of Emiratis with over 180 leading companies spanning more than 30 key sectors.
This year’s edition promises more than 5,000 job opportunities, giving participants direct access to top employers, specialized training programs, and innovative challenges tailored to prepare them for the future workforce. With 40 schools onboard and 2,000+ students registered, Ru’ya 2025 also seeks to inspire the upcoming generation by offering workshops, competitions, and interactive experiences focused on skill-building, confidence, and workplace readiness.

Open exclusively to UAE nationals, the exhibition requires pre-registration, with attendees needing to present either a valid Emirates ID or an original passport for entry.
