On Wednesday, a significant number of flights departing from Karachi were unexpectedly canceled, causing major inconvenience and confusion for numerous travelers.
The cancellations affected a range of domestic and international routes, leaving passengers stranded and searching for alternative travel options. Among the canceled flights were Serene Air’s ER 503 to Islamabad and AirSial’s PF 122 and PF 126, also bound for Islamabad.

International travelers were disrupted as well, with Serene Air’s ER 822 to Jeddah being canceled. Additionally, Serene Air’s domestic flights ER 523 to Lahore and PK 551 to Peshawar did not depart as scheduled.
Thai Airways’ TG 341 flight to Bangkok was another major international route impacted by the cancellations.
The sudden wave of cancellations has left many passengers in a state of uncertainty. The airport authority is advising affected individuals to contact their respective airlines for updated information and assistance with rebooking options. However, due to the high volume of cancellations, travelers may experience delays and limited availability on alternative flights.
