Jazz Crowned Fastest Mobile Network in Pakistan – H1 2025
Ookla, the company behind the global Speedtest platform, has released its latest performance report for H1 2025, ranking Pakistan’s top mobile network providers. The findings are based on millions of user-initiated tests combined with quality-of-experience (QoE) metrics such as browsing and video streaming.
According to the report, Jazz emerged as the fastest mobile network in Pakistan with a Speedtest Connectivity Score of 56.52, outperforming its competitors. Ufone followed in second place with 49.97, while Zong came third at 41.21. Telenor continued to trail behind with a score of 36.45.

On the city level, Faisalabad recorded the fastest median mobile download speed at 24.45 Mbps, followed by Lahore and Multan. Conversely, Quetta ranked lowest at 19.37 Mbps, with Sialkot and Karachi just slightly ahead. Across all ten surveyed cities, Jazz consistently provided the best mobile speeds.

Regionally, Punjab led the pack with a median speed of 22.1 Mbps, while Sindh and Islamabad Capital Territory ranked second and third, respectively. At the bottom, Azad Jammu & Kashmir recorded just 11.22 Mbps, while FATA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa fared slightly better. Once again, Jazz maintained its dominance as the fastest provider nationwide.

The report reinforces Jazz’s position as Pakistan’s leading mobile network, highlighting its superior performance across cities and regions during the first half of 2025.
