Motorola has officially launched the Edge 50 Fusion in India, bringing a blend of impressive specifications and features at an attractive mid-range price point. This device was initially introduced in Europe last month, and now we have details on the Indian variant.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion features a large 6.7-inch curved pOLED display with FHD+ resolution, a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, and an impressive peak brightness of 1600 nits. Powering the device is the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It runs on the Android 14 operating system out of the box. Keeping everything running is a robust 5,000mAh battery that supports 68W wired fast charging.

For photography enthusiasts, the Edge 50 Fusion comes equipped with a dual-camera setup headlined by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-700C primary sensor, boasting Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 2.0µm pixel size. It is complemented by a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, there’s a 32-megapixel camera for high-quality selfies and video calls. The device also offers an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, Bluetooth 5.2, Dual SIM support, all packed in a slim 7.9mm body weighing just 174.9 grams.

In terms of pricing and availability, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion starts at 22,999 INR for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 12GB + 256GB model is priced at 24,999 INR. The phone is currently available for purchase on Motorola’s official website and Flipkart, with offline sales set to commence from May 22, 2024. Additionally, buyers can enjoy an instant 2,000 INR discount when using ICICI bank credit cards or credit card EMI.
