Vivo has officially revealed new details about its upcoming X300 and X300 Pro smartphones, with the standard X300 positioned as the successor to last year’s X200 Pro Mini. This time, however, Vivo will not launch a separate “mini” variant.

The Vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and slimmer bezels, delivering a more immersive experience. On the rear, the device will house a 200MP Zeiss primary camera alongside an upgraded Zeiss APO telephoto lens with macro support. The front camera will be a 50MP Zeiss sensor with autofocus, designed to capture sharper selfies and videos.

Other highlights include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, now 20% faster than the previous generation, and a 17% larger vapor chamber for better thermal performance during heavy use. The phone will also support USB 3.2 and LHDC lossless audio, ensuring faster data transfer speeds and improved wireless audio quality.

Under the hood, the X300 series is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, making it one of Vivo’s most powerful devices yet. Reports suggest the series will launch in China next month, though an official release date is still pending.
