CAREEM LAUNCHES ECONOMY CARS IN PAKISTAN
Careem, the fastest growing app-based car booking service, strikes again with the launch of its Economy Cars in Lahore! The launch of the economy cars shall provide the users with an option in the app to choose from amongst the Economy Car or the Business Car. This service is being introduced in Lahore and shall be soon available for the residents of Karachi & Islamabad.
The economy cars shall be 25% to 30% cheaper than the business cars for the same route, yet providing the same customer journey experience. Economy car segment shall have a mix of Japanese and locally assembled cars and will be available for both Now & Later book. The base fare shall be Rs. 100 for now booking and Rs.200 for later booking, with Rs.18/km for distance travelled. The waiting charges for the economy cars shall be Rs.200 per hour. This shall help provide convenient transportation facility to a lot more people, with the addition of economy cars, and make their daily commute an enjoyable experience for all.
