Gold prices in Pakistan reached a new all-time high on Monday, following a sharp increase of Rs. 4,000 per tola, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 24-karat gold surged to Rs. 303,000 per tola, marking a significant rise. Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs. 259,773, reflecting an increase of Rs. 3,429. Meanwhile, 22-karat gold stood at Rs. 238,133 per 10-gram.

In the international market, spot gold traded near $2,902 per ounce, registering a gain of $34.5 (1.20%) from the previous session.
