The Punjab Education Department has initiated the process of identifying schools and teachers responsible for poor performance in 9th and 10th grade exams. Provincial Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat announced on social media that, for the first time, detailed lists are being compiled to pinpoint underperforming schools and educators.

The minister emphasized that despite substantial financial investments in the education sector, poor academic results are unacceptable. Teachers with consistently low student performance may face dismissal.
