Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ screens are waking up themselves, users report. It seems like the start of the year 2018 is not good for Samsung as it started with frustrated customers and new Battery problems. We all know that Battery explosions are a thing of the past for Samsung phones.

However that doesn’t mean Samsung’s most recent flagships are protected from battery issues of their own.

In the meantime, some users have revealed a new irregular behavior which may lead to stern battery drain.

Ah! Samsung cannot hold a break as after being in the public eye for yet another battery issue, Galaxy S8 and S8+ users are complaining about their devices which are waking up by themselves without even being touched.

On Samsung’s official forum, several users have taken their complaint and protest. One of the affected users explained that even after factory resetting the handset turning off everything from the settings menu and after every 10 seconds Galaxy S8 woke itself up from lock screen.

To the matter of fact, this is really annoying problem that can turn out to be a quicker battery drain.

It is important to mention here, some of the users complained about this problem in June 2017. On Reddit, another user declared that the device has this problem since the November software update and happens when it is on wireless charging.

On an interesting note, Apart from the Galaxy S8 and S8+ users, some Galaxy Note 8 users have also complained about this issue on the Samsung’s forum which highlights the current situation is alarming and issue might influence the fate of the company’s 2017 flagship smartphones.

The company has introduced Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones in March 2017 together with the company’s very own digital assistant Bixby and a bezel-less infinity display.

Although the company aimed to move forward from last year issue after dealing with Note 7 tragedy but Galaxy Note 8 has started to cause trouble in recent times which is the new problem. For company as the device is not charging for customers after it hits 0% charge.

On the other hand, Samsung has revealed that it is aware of the battery problem, has not yet talked about on the out of order of the Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices.
