In order to pay for Punjab University various services, students are required to visit and stand in long lines at bank branches in order to submit their fees.

On Saturday, 24News reported that Punjab University had finally announced that its students will have the option to pay their fees online, which is going to change this situation soon.

A new facility has been introduced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore in order to facilitate the students who wish to pay their fees online.

We are happy to announce that BISE Lahore has now gone live on HBL-1 Bill Solution. As of now, students/parents can now use any bank application/branch counter to submit their payment including fee submission by adding “1001145011” before the challan number to make payments, including fee submission.

As part of its job application portal, the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) also integrated an e-payment facility earlier this year in July, in order to facilitate the candidates during the job application process.

Prior to this announcement, aspirants were required to visit their nearest branch of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) in order to submit application fees for jobs announced by the Punjab Public Service Commission.
